Lindsay Pollard, MBA, Partner

Lindsay works as the Finance Consultant with Diverse Strategy Group (DSG), helping clients maximize their fundraising potential. She operates on the notion that “you’ll never get if you don’t ask.” Whether it’s crafting a finance plan, planning and executing events or just nudging clients along during call time, she provides Democrats the fundraising tool kit they need to stay competitive.

Prior to co-founding DSG, Lindsay has worked as a Finance Consultant for Broward County (Fla.) Commissioner Dale Holness’ re-election campaign, Sandra Ruiz for (Doral) Mayor and the Broward Democratic Party. She had also served as the Finance Director for Randy Perkins for Congress, Annette Taddeo for Congress and the Miami-Dade Democratic Party.

Lindsay is a graduate of Florida A&M University, with a degree in Journalism. She earned an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University.

Cassandra Arnold, Ed.D, MBA, Partner

Cassandra proved that leadership had no age bracket from her involvement in student politics during college to co-founding Diverse Strategy Group (DSG) as a partner. A love of international business and politics, Cassandra, a very proud alumna of Florida A&M University (FAMU), pursued a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She continued at the University of Miami, receiving an MBA in International Business, and a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Global Leadership Development in Foreign Markets from Argosy University.

Wanting to help reshape foreign economies, she began a career as an International Business Developer, where she oversaw 12 Caribbean islands and the U.S. She then moved into politics in 2015, where she became the Executive Director of Haitian-Americans for Progress, a Political Action Committee, where she was responsible for carrying out the organizational strategic vision, while engaging community leaders to congressional and senatorial members.

In 2016, she became the Haitian American Coalition Director for the Hillary for America Presidential Campaign in Florida. Then in 2018, she worked as the Haitian & Caribbean Outreach Director for Senator Bill Nelson’s re-election campaign. Continuing her passion in government affairs, she became the Director of Constituent Services and Spokesperson for Haitian Affairs for Miami-Dade County Mayor, Daniella Levine Cava, and  recently worked in Washington, DC as a deputy chief of staff for a member of Congress.

Knowing her impact in the community, she has been given several awards for her tireless community work and leadership: Success South Florida Magazine’s 40 under 40 Leaders; Top Hat Women of Excellence in Social Entrepreneurship; In the Company of Women Community Spirit Award; Florida A&M University National Alumni Association Distinguished Alumni Award, and the Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce 20 under 40 YoPro Award, to name a few.
